Jerusalem, Bethlehem & the Dead Sea

Day one

In this tour we combine the Jerusalem and Massada tours with an overnight stay
at a 4 star central scenic Jerusalem hotel.
We begin the tour with a view from the Mount of Olives, overlooking Jerusalem and the Temple Mount Esplanade.
Travel along the Kidron Valley to view the Garden of Gethsemane and the 16th Century wall of the old city.
Enter the Dung gate to reach the Western (Wailing) Wall.
Walk through the local bazaar, the Christian Quarter, the stations of the Cross (Via Dolorosa)
to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre , the site of the crucifixion.
Walk along the 1700 year old Byzantine main street, the Cardo, and the renovated Jewish Quarter and Mt. Zion.
Stop for overview of Bethlehem and the Judean Desert.
Tour to the new city, see Knesset, Menorah and Governement Buildings.
Visit Yad Vashem-Holocaust Museum.
Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day two
descend to the Judean desert 400 m below sea level,
travel along the shores of the Dead Sea and ascend Massada by cable car.
Enjoy the unique experience of floating-swimming in the Dead sea's mineral rich water.
Drive back overlooking at the city of Jericho.
Modest dress will be required for holy sites visits
