1ST DAY
Begin the journey to the north to the lower galilee stop at Nazareth,
visit the Church of the Annunciation and St Joseph's carpentry,
enjoy a stroll in the colorful market.
Via Kfar Cana we continue to the Sea of Galilee. Visit Yardenit,
Jesus' baptism site on the Jordan River.
Heading to Capernaum to visit the IVth century synagogue as well as St Peter's House.
Then to Tabhga for a visit of the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes
to admire the magnificent Byzantine mosaic representing migratory birds.
We continue to the Mount of beatitudes overlooking the Sea of Galilee,
wonderful view of the lake at the place of the 'Sermon on the Mount'.
Overnight in the Sea of Galilee.
2ND DAY
Next day will go up to the Golan Heights for a panoramic view of the ghost town,
Quneitra on the Syrian border.Passing the Druze villages in the Golan Heights
near Mount Hermon to get to Banias, the center of Christianity where Peter received
the keys of the kingdom, visit the archaeological site going for a walk upto the waterfall.
Heading to Metulla the last city in the north of Israel for a panoramic view of Lebanon
then passing Kiryat shmona the capital of Upper galilee,
We descend the finger of Galilee towards Rosh Pina a flourishing renovated moshava
built in the 19th century by the Baron Rothchild.
